Refund Policy

NutraCare Lash LLC™ takes customer service very seriously. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us.

You are backed by a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. You may return any product sold by within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund (Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable for all offers, including free shipping offers).

For single item orders, we will provide a full refund (minus original shipping and handling fees) within the 60-day allowance.

For multi-pack orders, if more than one item from the same product is unsealed, a refund will not be issued for each unsealed/used item, except the first unsealed/used item.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment (Credit/Debit, PayPal, etc.). If no record of sale is available (not purchased from, we won’t be able to proceed with your request.

Items Returned by Mail: It takes about 7 – 10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return and complete your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 – 7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately after the product inspection.

Shipping Charges: Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable for all types of offers, including free shipping offers. For USA returns $5.75 (per serum bottle purchased) and for International returns, $15.75 (per serum bottle purchased) deduction will be applied to the final refund amount, regardless of the amount you paid for the shipping when placed your order.

Unauthorized Return: Failed, unclaimed or refused deliveries for any reason (incorrect address, moved away, changed mind) are considered an unauthorized return, therefore, the above Shipping Charges deduction policy will be applied to the final refund amount.

Customs Duty: Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs for International orders (orders placed outside of USA) are non-refundable, please contact your local customs office for information on obtaining a refund.
To ensure prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return via USPS.

NutraCare Lash LLC™ is not responsible for shipping fees. Refunds cannot be processed for items lost, destroyed, or damaged in transit or by the courier. Please obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including free shipping orders.

For international orders, shipping and customs fee are non-refundable, including free shipping orders.

To start your return, simply reach out to our support team at 928.LUV.LASH (928.588.5274) (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and holiday weekends) with your order number and full name, inquiries are answered in the order they are received, please do not send multiple inquiries as this will place you at the end of the queue. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks.

Track your return/exchange using the information provided by your carrier to ensure it has been delivered to us. We will send you a return confirmation email once we have received your package and the refund has been processed.

For international orders, parcels undeliverable by courier and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our fulfillment center. Shipping and customs fees (DDP) are non-refundable, including free shipping orders. A refund will not be issued if the parcel is destroyed by the courier and/or their international shipping partners due to no response or no package claim by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To ensure delivery we recommend sending your return via USPS.
