Shipping Policy

USA DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS:
Standard Delivery Orders ship within 1-3 business days while still being delivered within 5-7 business days from the day you place your order. You will be provided the tracking number via email once your order ships. Orders are shipped domestically and will arrive via USPS.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, in-stock items will arrive within 5-9 business days.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Will My Package Be Shipped The Same Day?

Orders must be placed by 11:59 pm Mountain Standard Time, to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after this deadline, the order will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Am I Responsible For Shipping Sales Tax?

We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling, where applicable, and pay it to the state to which we’ve shipped your merchandise. It’s a State Tax regulation. City & Local taxes may also apply.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS:
By continuing to payment method, please note that items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of the order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by us.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

The processing time for international orders is 3-4 business days. After that, delivery time is 9-15 business days (sometimes delivery might take up to 30 days due to customs inspection in some countries). Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

Shipping charges, delivery options & carriers vary depending on your ship-to-country or location.

Due to certain trademark, labeling, product content, and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all Beauty products to all destinations.

You’ll receive a message during Checkout if you’ve placed a restricted item in your Shopping Bag. We’ll prompt you to remove it or change your shipping method/address, if applicable.

Products are shipped from the United States. The MAXIMUM ORDER VALUE for a shipment outside of the United States is $2,000 USD. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship our products to most countries. You can see the list of countries in the checkout page. If you do not see your country as an option during checkout, please contact us at customerservice@nutracarelash.com, and we will look into it for you.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from postal carriers to the local carriers in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

On occasion, we offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic and international customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically.
